With only a month for execution, the evening award ceremony was hosted to an international, high profile crowd of 600 VIPs, including Eric Garcetti of Los Angeles, and UN Secretary General’s Special Envoy for Climate Action Michael Bloomberg.


Working closely with their Creative Director we tested multiple concepts, to get an overall feel for what Bloomberg’s requirements were. 
Our hands-on art direction, right up until the date of the event, allowed us to test quick turnaround concepts and trail them with the overall script of the show. Being flexible and adaptable so that necessary tweaks could be made, became essential for the project given the fast-evolving nature of the script.
